related service parts in South America. Automotive sector also
sells Ford-brand vehicles and related service parts in Europe and
Turkey, as well as in Asia Pacific and Africa. In addition to
producing and selling cars and trucks, Ford Motor provides retail
customers with a range of after-the-sale vehicle services and
products. Financial Services sector primarily includes
vehicle-related financing, leasing, and insurance. The company,
through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, The Hertz
Corporation, rents cars and light trucks, and industrial and
construction equipment. Ford Motor was founded in 1903 and is
based in Dearborn, Michigan.
