commenced contract manufacturing operations through its wholly

investigation new drug (IND) applications with the United States
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Tarvacin, its lead anti-phospholipid
therapy agent. The Company's technology platforms include Tumor
Necrosis Therapy (TNT), Anti-Phospholipid Therapy,
Anti-Angiogenesis Technology, Vascular Targeting Agents (VTAs) and
