Entertainment Properties Trust Makes Acquisition

(NAMC) - Kansas City Missouri based Entertainment Properties Trust (NYSE:EPR) has acquired the Bayou 15 screen megaplex in Pensacola, Florida for approxaimtely $14.9 million. This comes on the heels of the Company  purchasing the land for approximately $5.3 million.

The Company has also completed the City Place 14 screen megaplex in Kalamazoo, Michigan for $17.1 million. According to the Company both of these theaters feature the finest digital projection and digital sound technology.
