J.C. Arens : Rockwood Holdings, Inc Board Member Exits Stage Left

(NAMC) - The specialty chemicals and advanced materials company, Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ROC), has lost one of their board members as Fredrik Sjödin has resigned from the company’s board of directors. This was effective as of January 5, 2007 and the company added in their statement that his departure was due to personal reasons and had nothing to do with the company.
