(NAMC) - Print procurement solutions company InnerWorkings, Inc. (Nasdaq: INWK) priced their public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at $13.50 per share on Friday. InnerWorkings has agreed to sell 3,000,000 shares and selling stockholders have agreed to sell 5,000,000 shares as a part of this offering.

The managing underwriters and joint book-running managers of the offering were Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. Jefferies & Company, Piper Jaffray and William Blair & Company served as co-managers.
