LOS ANGELES, CA, (NAMC) - Sharper Image Corporation (NASDAQ:SHRP) has recently appointed Rebecca L. Roedell as the new Chief Financial Officer of the company, replacing interim CFO Daniel W. Nelson. Roedell is expected to take on the position on or about May 31, 2007 and she will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Steven A. Lightman.

Daniel Nelson at that point will return to his previous position as Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.
