Lou Victor : Where is the Next Undiscovered Gold Mining Gem?

NAMC Gold NewsNEW YORK, NY (NAMC) May 17, 2007 - Where is the next undiscovered gold mining gem?, well according to one group it just may be  Zimbabwe. Now a company by the name of Central Africa Gold is actually operating in this country and hope to capitalize on the unstable political environment to create sound foundation for their prospects in the region.

The CEO of the company, Greg Hunter, seems to be very optimistic about the venture, but perhaps too optimistic. The instability in the region could delay their project in a tremendous way but if you wanted to have a positive view of the situation then maybe, just maybe, the political unrest may come to a screaming halt shortly, which is highly unlikely.

Although the geological reports may be promising, the company still has to operate in the region to extract any precious metals, get them to the refinery and run through the process. Even if they are able to extract the precious metals they may not be able to obtain the proper export permits which would allow the metals to leave the region.

So there are alot of obstacles in the way of any mining company that may be entertaining the thought of opening up shop in Zimbabwe. But as the old saying goes, "Nothing Ventured Nothing Gained."
