Michael Rossi : TX Holdings Inks Deals For Two Oil Fields in Oklahoma

NAMC Natural ResourcesLOS ANGELES, CA (NAMC) May 21, 2007- TX Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: TXHG), according to the company,  has signed a deal which will give them a 50% working interest in two adjacent producing projects in Oklahoma for US$3.8 million. These fields are apparently located on a newly discovered fault block which is adjacent to 2 fields that have each produced 20 to 25 million barrels of oil.

The Company is also aligned with their 50% partner to potentially construct a 3.5 mile pipeline to access a secondary gas market and drill a disposal well.

So as unrest develops in the major oil producing countries, TX Holdings seems to be focusing on tapping into the natural resources based in the United States. This could eventually become a major catalyst for this company if their hunch is right.
