Wherify Wireless Announces New CFO

(NAMC) - The Board of Directors of the California based location GPS services company, Wherify Wireless, Inc. (OTCBB: WFYW), has appointeda new senior vice president of finance/administration and chief financial officer, a change that was effective immediately.

According to the Company, their new CFO, Jacqueline Nevilles , comes to Wherify Wireless from Price Waterhouse Coopers where she was responsible for the company's accounting and corporate finance functions. She also ran the company's strategic Information Technology Systems and Sarbanes-Oxley process improvement programs. Prior to joining Price Waterhouse, Jacqueline was senior director of finance for Oracle Corp., where she managed accounting and finance, information systems and sales management functions. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
