TapouT Founder and Visionary in Mixed Martial Arts Apparel, Charles 'Mask' Lewis Killed In Tragic Ferrari Accident

(NAMC) -  In the world of mixed martial arts the name TapouT has become a mainstay and is synonymous with the sport. Early this morning one of the founders of the very popular TapouT clothing line and mma gear, Charles "Mask" Lewis, was tragically killed early this morning in Newport Beach, CA in a horrible Ferrari crash.

Lewis was one of top entrepreneurs and visionaries behind the mixed-martial-arts apparel company TapouT. The company came from its humble beginnings out of the back of an rusty Mustang in 1997 to build into an empire with revenue in the vicinty of $22.5 million on the path to $100 million in 2009/10.

Using his vast knowledge of comic books he was able to actually design cost-efficient and appealing advertising campaigns and one of the most recongizable logos in all of MMA.

Lewis will be missed by the mixed martial arts and sports entertainment community alike, our prayers go out to his family.
