CruiseCam International Inc. Engages Services of Spectrum Law Group to Handle SEC Requirements for Application to OTC Bulletin BoardFARMINGTON HILLS, MI, (NAMC) - CruiseCam International Inc. (Pink Sheets:CCMJ), a leading developer of vehicle video integrated technology for law enforcement and motor sports applications, announces it has engaged the services of the Spectrum Law Group LLC Irvine, Ca. to complete necessary SEC filings to facilitate the successful move off of the Pink Sheets to the OTC Bulletin Board. CruiseCam International Inc. has been diligently working with their auditors David S. Hall P.C. Dallas, Texas for the last few months to comply with all aspects of the internal audit. When completed, this audit will be a thorough examination of the years 2002 through 2004. CruiseCam International Inc. believes the audit should be completed in approximately 10 business days. Once the audit is closed, Spectrum Law Group will complete all required SEC filings over the next 8 weeks, allowing CruiseCam International Inc. to apply for application to begin trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.
