IRVING, TX, (NAMC) - Royal BodyCare, Inc. (OTCBB:ROBE) announced that the Company has changed the name of its U.S. nutritional products subsidiary to RBC Life Sciences, USA, Inc.

"In addition, the Board of Directors will recommend to its shareholders at the next annual meeting that the name of the parent Company be changed to RBC Life Sciences, Inc."

The Company formulates research-based dietary supplements and manufactures nanoscale compounds, branded as NanoCeuticals(TM), designed to improve absorption of nutrients in the body, and the antioxidant Microhydrin(R) which neutralizes oxidized free radicals. Company products are marketed through independent distributors in North America, and through licensees in other countries, from its Las Colinas headquarters in Irving, Texas, and from its branch office in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

A separate wholly-owned subsidiary, MPM Medical, Inc, develops and markets a line of research-based wound care products sold over-the-counter and by prescription in the U.S. through wholesalers, hospitals, clinics, cancer centers and nursing homes.
