HOUSTON, TX, (NAMC) - Prosperity Bancshares, Inc.(R) (Nasdaq: PRSP), the parent company of Prosperity Bank(R), is scheduled to present at the 2005 Bear Stearns SMid - Cap Investor Conference on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 11:45 AM Central Standard Time.
