Allergan Inc Receives FDA Approvable Letter

(NAMC) - Allergan Inc. (NYSE:AGN) has received an approvable letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for COMBIGAN 0.2%/0.5% for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension who require adjunctive or replacement therapy due to inadequately controlled IOP.

The approvable letter that they received outlines the remaining conditions that the company must meet in order to obtain FDA final marketing approval.  Allergan plans on working diligently with the FDA to overcome any potential issues.
