Joseph Diaz: Biomet, Inc Gets Nasdaq WarningMIAMI, FL (NAMC) On Friday medical products company, Biomet, Inc. (NASDAQ:BMET), stated that the Company has received a Staff Determination letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market that indicated that the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq listing reqiuirements due to their delayed filing of its Quarterly Report (10Q). This was expected by Biomet as on January 9, 2007 they filed a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission which stated that their filing of its 10Q would be delayed. Although they do face delisting if they do not file their 10Q it is a formality that a public Company receives such a determination letter, but it is highly anticipated that they will comply with the continued listing requirements by the Nasdaq prior to the deadline.
